The data collected is processed according to the provisions of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, Federal Data Protection Act) and other legal regulations as they apply to electronic business transactions in Germany. 4.1 Personal data is only collected by Mustang Sound GmbH if you actively communicate it to us, e.g. by creating a customer account, by ordering our newsletter or via our contact form. You have the right to object at any time to the use of this data for the respective purpose for the future. See also paragraph 8.

4.2 The personal data collected from you will only be used for the purpose for which you gave it to us or for the use and forwarding of which you gave us your consent. After completion of the contractual relationship the user data shall only be stored as long as is required on the basis of fiscal and commercial law retention periods. On expiry of these periods the data will, however, be deleted, unless you gave your express consent to its further or different use.

5. Matomo (formerly called Piwik)

  This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses so-called “cookies,” which are text files that are stored on your computer and that make it possible to analyse your use of this website. In conjunction with this, the information about the use of this website generated by the cookie will be archived on our server. Prior to archiving, the IP address will first be anonymized.
